Today's episode is about judgement and having the need to rest, I did mention about my sporadic uploads of podcasts - which I felt was good to link into the episode. It explained how I judged myself very critically at the start but over time it tapered off and I think that was for a best as I feel I'm slowly being able to produce better content.
