in these moments we give any hard things we've been feeling, any difficult people we have been dealing with, and any hard situations we have been going through. We do this to practice trusting the Lord with everything in our lives. Proverbs 3:5 reminds us, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart;do not depend on your own understanding." This is an important practice to do (trusting the Lord). It helps us to regularly-gain peace and correct direction! When we practice giving the Lord our hard things, we are able to hear His advice on what to do about them. So go I am glad you are here in these moments-let's practice trusting Him together.
