Resting the Starters

On this episode of Resting The Starters, Rob and AJ recap the big college football games of week 9 and look ahead to all the top 25 matchups of this coming Saturday. Plus after a wild NFL trade deadline they had to break down the big trades and finish the show off by predicting and prognosticating the all AFC East matchup in Thursday Night Football!

Rob and AJ gather together virtually to talk everything in the NFL right now! Includes recapping week 7, previewing week 8 and some fun trade proposals! Some assembly may be required.

AJ and Rob talk all college football on this episode. They start with a recap of Week 8 including the big Michigan loss. They then preview the Week 9 Top 25 Matchup's and take a look at the spreads. Rob then gives his must watch non-Top 25 matchup's of the week with a fun individualized hashtag for each game. Next they look at how the Heisman race is shaping up and the possible way the College Football Playoff could go. They end the show by selecting some coaches on the hot seat and their possible replacements.

The guys amass to speak of the happenings around the NFL including recapping every game of week 6 and picking all of week 7 against the spread. Also includes RTS's debut Halloween album!

Rob and AJ dive into the week of upsets from college football, then they preview the upcoming college football top 25 matchup's before listing some of the most watchable games this Saturday. They then put their NBA hats on and talk playoff predictions and who will each NBA award. Finally, they preview NFL Thursday Night Football.

Rob and AJ stay up late after Thursday night football as always to talk about the game that just ended, the Eagles v, Panthers and continue their ultimate disagreement, Cam Newton. They look back and go in depth on all the games from week 5, it's basically like listening to the game on the radio except slightly less homerism. And finally they look ahead to week 6 and pick all the games ATS! That's against the spread for the laymen.

Matt, AJ, and Rob start off by recapping the biggest games in college football from this past weekend, including the brutal Michigan loss. Then they look forward to the most watchable college football games this weekend. After that they preview their remaining four NBA divisions and pick division awards. Finally, they look ahead to Thursday Night Football and preview the Eagles vs Panthers game.
