Restoration Church TC

If an angel shows up in a dream and tells you to uproot your family and leave that night, would you do it? Oftentimes when God calls us, it takes audacious faith to take a step. Make sure your faith is placed in God, and not be overwhelmed by the fear of your circumstance.

Let's play a game! Is it actually in the Bible or is it just a tradition we hold? We're back in the podcast booth after 2 weeks off.

It's in every nativity scene. Three guys who look like royalty standing around a manger with baby Jesus inside. It's in Christmas songs about three kings coming and worshipping the newborn King. But, why? We tackle the misconceptions around the magi, and encourage us to make a decision on Jesus.

Jesus identified with sinners from the beginning of His time on earth. So what gives the Christian the permission to not? We follow Jesus which means we proclaim Jesus to the masses, just like some individulas in our text.

Why shepherds? Why a manger? Sure Christmas is over, but there's more to the story than just a silent night. We're diving in to why God chose shepherds to be the first to witness the Christ, and it's implications for you and me.

What actually happens between Christmas and New Years? We're not sure...but we do know that you can do the wrong thing the wrong way, the wrong thing the right way, the right thing the wrong way, or the right thing the right way. It's what we dive a little deeper into today.

Merry Christmas! We celebrate Christmas Day with the Christmas Story and the application that Jesus changed everything. How has Jesus changed your life?

What does it really look like to trust God? Let's dive in.

It's the end of the book of Nehemiah. Surely they all lived happily ever after right? Wrong. Scripture repeatedly tells us of our failure and Gods steadfast love, mercy and grace. Chapter 13 is no different and it points to a need for a Savior.

This podcast takes an odd turn....discussing serial killers and the need for volunteers at Restoration. Wanna get involved with us weirdos at Restoration? Let us know!
