Enjoy a combo of self-massage, dynamic stretch and calming flow, with some deep work into squats and twists. We'll focus on the feet and IT Band and finish it off with a restorative pose. You'll need something to massage with (massage balls, tennis balls, foam roller, etc.), a chair, and some blocks. Enjoy! (All Levels/60 Minutes)
