We’re excited to announce the launch of our new podcast the “Restorative Force”, hosted by wellbeing and sustainability entrepreneur, Hannah Phang.
In a world where stress, anxiety, and societal pressures dominate, we noticed the impact of these factors on both our emotional and physical wellbeing, and also the wellness of the planet. We always hear about wellness rituals such as journaling to set us up for the rest of the day, but we never have conversations about the stress and anxiety caused by work and the pressures fueled by social media. Modern day culture is often built on models promoting exponential growth but it’s becoming increasingly evident that this culture is taking a toll on our bodies and our planet. That’s why we feel a shift is needed - it’s time to move away from a toxic culture and instead move towards a system that focuses on restoring and regenerating our bodies and the world we live in.
That’s why we created the Restorative Force podcast to explore the changes that need to happen and the roadmap to finding balance in our bodies, societies, and the planet. We’ll be joined by experts, including breathwork facilitators, neuroscientists, and climate experts, to discover what restoring us back to balance can look and feel like. We promise tangible, actionable information each episode to help you feel equipped to align beliefs with restorative and sustainable practices. We also want to emphasise the importance of having bigger ambitions to be in flow and work with our nature as human beings, and to create a society and culture that works for the benefits of us all.
The Restorative Force podcast is produced by RAIN Wellbeing, a wellbeing brand focused on creating products that help people reach optimal living, thrive to do the best for themselves and the planet, and actually feel good.
