As busy as life may seem, I know just how important it is to take some time to stop, rest, and rejuvenate every once in a while.

Whenever I feel overwhelmed, I pause and take a few moments to focus on my breathing. This helps restore a sense of calmness and enables me to distance myself from any distractions I may face. 

I hope this meditation helps you do the same on this Winter morning.
