“What role should the Yamas and Niyamas play in someone who has a good intellectual understanding of Bhagavan’s Teachings but who has not developed a fairly balanced self and who has all kinds of emotional disorders, lack of discernment which is reflected in his life in all kinds of lack of congruence between feeling, thinking and acting?”
