The alternating good weeks and bad weeks, limited income going straight to bills, feeling like I have no real community, not hearing God the way I used to, all of it sitting on me at the same time. And the hard part is I knew things were coming. I had a job starting. I could see the next step right there. But none of it felt real in the moment. I almost didn't record this one. I get into what this season has actually looked like, the parts I haven't said out loud, and what I landed on in scripture that I wasn't expecting to find.

There are things happening right now that I've been sitting with and not saying out loud. This episode isn't about having the right words or a clean take. It's just me getting something off my chest, because it got to a point where it was too heavy to keep carrying quietly. I talk through what's been weighing on me, the recent things, the stuff that keeps piling up, and what it feels like when it all starts to become too much. I needed an outlet. I love leading, but I'm not going to pretend it doesn't get heavy. When people are depending on you, every decision carries weight, and lately I've been wrestling with whether that's a problem with me or just what leadership actually costs. I also get into something I haven't said out loud much: growing up, I was never the one people pointed to as "the leader." I followed, stayed quiet, never stood out. So why does it feel like leadership found me anyway? I talk through what it's been like realizing the gift showed up before the character caught up to it, what it actually means to steward people instead of just holding a title, and how something I touched on in the last episode keeps showing back up here. This one's been sitting with me for a while, and I wanted to talk through it out loud.

I break down the two mindsets I've learned to operate between, the entrepreneur brain my dad and WadeGlobal wired into me, and the worker mindset I'm stepping back into right now. I get into what it actually feels like navigating both worlds at 22, first-gen with no roadmap, why mental health sits underneath all of it, and how "The Execution Era" framework taught me that protecting my mind IS execution.
