The resurrection of Christ from the dead is not significant just because 'he' is risen. But he died and was raised to life in order that 'we' could experience the same after him. We opt in to his new life, to forgiveness of sins, peace with God and the sure hope of resurrection and being with God forever, through faith alone in Christ alone.
