STOCKS TO WATCH:  $M $AI $S $CHWY $AVGO

Macy's (M) - Shares fell premarket after the company lowered its FY23 financial outlook, noting demand trends weakened further in its discretionary categories in late March. Retailers Victorias Secret (VSC) and Dollar General (DG) also traded lower following weak quarterly results.

 

C3.ai (AI) - The stock fell over 18% premarket. While the company reported better-than-expected Q4 results and issued relatively in-line Q1 revenue guidance, expectations may have been high amid the stock's surge this year on AI momentum.

 

SentinelOne (S) - Shares traded lower in sympathy with cybersecurity peer Crowdstrike, which dipped following its quarterly earnings report. SentinelOne will report its Q1 results after the close.

 

Chewy (CHWY) - The company reported better-than-expected Q1 results, sending shares up nearly 20%.

 

Broadcom (AVGO) - The chipmaker will report Q2 earnings after the close. Semiconductor stocks have been volatile this year with investors focusing on AI plans and outlook.
