Bone broth.
Just slow cook bones in water with some carrots, celery, and onions if you have them.
Cook for around 8 hours or more.
Once you are done, strain it and put it in mason jars. It will thicken up in the fridge. Bone broth has a ton of collagen and is very healthy for your body. I like to have this first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.
