Her main focus surrounds the issue of Asian carp threatening the Great Lakes of America. After spending time in Kenya on Lake Victoria and being from a Great Lake state, Sheyda is now dedicated to a mission of preserving the great lakes. In this episode Sheyda dives into some of the Great Lake water issues specific to Asian Carp. We will learn about the risks that Asian carp present to our water ways and what we can do to prevent these issues.
