The world of work is changing, fast and trying to change career part-way through your working life is hard, even frightening. But reflecting and learning from your previous experiences can encourage you to explore your future options and find solutions to problems.

In this episode, we hear from Yasmina Bouabdallaoui, Product Designer, at Pennylane, who shares her own experiences of professional retraining and how examining your past can help you to rediscover key skills and opportunities to land a new job.

Yasmina has over 10 years of experience in the tech industry. She began as an international key account manager in several healthcare companies, and has always been passionate about understanding and addressing people's needs. In 2018, she created her own business where she applied the design thinking methodology. Currently, she works as a product designer at Pennylane
