Every year a group of Fun Valley friends congregate in Colorado for a fun week of fellowship and feasting.

It has rained every day in Fun Valley Colorado but the Fun Valley family has gathers to enjoy an exciting week.

Fun Valley Colorado is our next to the last destination on the RRs nation-wide swing through America.

The campsite at Wellington/Fort Collins Colorado is filled with some interesting insects. Due to the fact that there is a horse lot adjacent to our campsite, we are inundated with houseflies in bunches.

The magnificence of Mount Rushmore is almost unspeakable. Having seen pictures and drawings and various depictions of the monument does not even approach the awesomeness of being there in person standing at the foot of one of the greatest monuments in the world.

Learning Indian names and Indian history is an add-on for the RRs in this part of South Dakota. She is beautiful indeed.

It is a large palace with every kind of corn featured throughout. The Corn Palace in Mitchell South Dakota is well worth the visit. It is known around the world as the authority on every kind of corn grown in the United States. The RRs call this a must see.

The campground at Adel is a family factory. People running every which direction with all kinds of activities for the kids in this part of Iowa. This has to be a destination location for a lot of the farm families around this area because the campground is inundated with the kids of all ages. They have every kind of game, toy and event a family would like for a long weekend.

While camping at the Asheville KOA campgrounds we had an opportunity to meet the Vandiver family and record their thoughts on a podcast labeled Troy Vandiver. After we finished, nine-year-old Megan Morgan Vandiver came aboard with some thoughts and interesting conversation.

What a treat getting acquainted with the Troy Vandiver family from upper Michigan. We met them in a KOA Campground in Asheville, North Carolina.
