The surviving skills for healing can be hard. In part three of an eight-part series on healing from child sexual abuse, Sheri talks about some skills you can use to help as you navigate the waters of healing. One of the important skills discussed is how to deal with panic attacks. Sheri shares some ways to help ease yourself through one. She also explains why self-care is the most important survival skill when it comes to healing.
