Jeff examines the importance of Retooling Ourselves with progressive and evolutionary methodologies that have passed down through the ages.

Jeff examines how the 3 C's  - Collaboration, Cooperation and Collectivism are imperative in the evolution of ourselves and the evolution of Planet Earth.

He also examines the shadow side of these 3 C's - Criticizing, Complaining and Condemnation and how ineffective and destructive they are.

He also speaks about the usefulness of awareness and mindfulness in how we view things and how we conduct ourselves in our interpersonal affairs.

Jeff continues the journey into how to transcend the Mind by watchiing and extricating ourselves from its projections.
