An unhinged individual causing havoc in every wake. This person shouldn't be able to do the things that they are and we all wonder, when will it all cease? What will it take? A light should reveal enough so that people are aware and stay clear and safe of this individual. In no way are we trying to bully or degrade this person in any way, shape, or form. But this needs to be said. The sad part is, this isn't even the tip of the mountain.

We are allowing too many folks to get over on use kind-hearted people and it needs to stop.
