It's a CheapHeatTV LIVE! tradition to do a "Zanders Christmas Special" LIVE on Christmas and this year was no exception as the gang brought you ZANDERS' UPBEAT CHRISTMAS!  They open the show talking about how their Christmas went and what they got for Christmas (some more than others).  Then they discuss the first annual CHEAP HEAT TV Awards (which will be presented on next week's New Year's Show) and who the nominees are.  The final 20 minutes turn into Gene Jackson's Festivus Celebration as he "airs his grievances" from all the "tomf****ary" (as he puts it) from this past week on Social Media and Shane Mako puts his two cents in as well.  Moving forward, anything that will be said concerning "Dumpster Fire" and company will be reserved for the podcast and will not be posted on social media, so make sure you tune in each week for updates. 

It's Week #2 of the UWF Fury Hour (originally airing on 10/8/90) and it looks like Bob and Gene have returned to discuss more of that epic Herb Abrams' UWF action! This week not only do they review the matches but they also go in-depth on the total lack of psychology and logic displayed in much of the booking thus far and the controversial angle surrounding the main event of Col. DeBeers taking on Billy Jack Haynes.

This week the gang is joined by "The Gun Show" Brett Michaels! They talk about what it's like working on the NBC Sitcom 'Young Rock', they talk about Brett being nearly "done" with Pro Wrestling when his opportunity came to be on Memphis Wrestling, will one or ALL of his daughters look to follow in his footsteps in the wrestling ring, and much more!  In the second half of the show the guys watch and review a questionable promo from an Alabama promotion and analyze how exactly it "promotes" anything and how these types of things affect wrestling in the area as a whole.

The debut episode of the UWF Fury Cast!   Wrestling fans and podcasters Gene Jackson and Bob Anderson have decided to start a weekly podcast where they will watch EVERY episode of the UWF Fury Hour along with all the UWF events and VHS releases and then review them here each week while providing background and insight into Herb Abrams and the whole UWF tale! Will they make it to the end without tapping out!?!?!  

In this episode they discuss how Herb Abrams made his way into the wrestling business and how the UWF came to be.....then they discuss the very first episode of the UWF Fury Hour taped on September 24, 1990 and airing on October 1, 1990 from the Reseda Country Club in Reseda, California in front of 450 fans.

This week the gang welcomes Simon Reed and Mr. Chris, the Memphis Wrestling Tag Team Champions The Posse!  A fun conversation about their history in the Memphis Wrestling scene and how they came to be involved.  They also talk about the WrestleCenter and all things pertaining to the present day Memphis Wrestling....and a challenge is even laid by the Violent Gentlemen to the Posse! Will anything come of it? We shall see.....  A very interesting conversation, check it out and share it around!

This week Gene is joined by Jonathan Plombon, author of 'Tortured Ambition' The Story of Herb Abrams and the UWF.  They talk about Abrams and the UWF as well as the process of writing the book as Jackson and Bob Anderson prepare to launch a new Herb Abrams' UWF Podcast next week on the CheapHeatTV Podcast Network. 

Controversial pro wrestling promoter Johnny Dotson joins the show to talk about his new promotion Bluff City Wrestling and debate with the Gang on why HE thinks it's the best wrestling show in Memphis today.

One of the most popular CheapHeatTV LIVE! guests of all time, "Brutal" Bob Evans returns to drop knowledge once again!  Bob is always helpful and very insightful and this interview is certainly another example of that! Give it a listen and share it with your wrestling friends!

This week the Gang is joined by EPW's Izzy Rotten. They talk about the struggles of being in his position, the growth the promotion has enjoyed in recent years and how it's evolved, as well as where it's headed in the future. After the interview they discussed the "State of the Union" of CheapHeatTV and announced some upcoming guests and changes in the tone of the show as well some new segments that will be added soon.
