We spoke about his journey on being an immigrant and coming to the United States. Then we spoke about his journey to becoming a very well known videographer in the industry. He has been Emmy and grammy nominated and has now worked with some of the biggest celebrities like Ana de Armas and Joaquin Pheonix (the joker omg).

We also touched on what it’s like to feel like an outsider. We got kinda deep lol.

Guys welcome back to the PODCAST I am actually on time lol. i DON’T know how I was this consistent for half a year, this is a lot of work. My dream is to build a team omg. ANYWAYS

Today we have a special guest and her name is Jetty Nieuwenhuis. From the Netherlands, one of my favorite countries.

She has coined the term the “F*ck it factor,” which I absolutely love. She opened up about her struggle with Bulimia, lyme disease, and being her authentic self.

She also mentioned her breast implants and how they GAVE her lyme disease and a case called Breast Implant Illness.

That stuff is scary. This led into our conversation about plastic surgery, loving yourself, and being comfortable in your own skin while still being able to DO WHAT YOU WANT.

Then we threw the cherry on top talking about relationships and the secrets to a GOOD MARRIAGE. Jetty has been married for over 20+ years with her husband and she only has great things to say. In this day and age that’s rare. So I asked: “WHAT’S the secret?”

guys were back A BIT behind schedule but its better than the two months I took off RIGHT?!! tBH THE quarantine burnout is still in session, don't know who I am, what I want, what I want to do with my life, if we're living in a simulation, the classic thoughts. BUT I am also trying to be more a more disciplined SIM regardless so like... 

ANYways this episode is mega exciting. I was joined by my long time friend, Dalia, and her friend/girl I saw on tik tok, Charlotte. They are both so cool, they go to an art college called SCAD, and they are VERY creative and talented. Need I say more??

Dalia posts amazing photos, she has designed some of the most beautiful fashion pieces I've ever seen, and she is going to do BIG THINGS.

Charlotte has accumulated about 200k followers on tik tok this past year, is an amazing actress, and from the short time I met her, I know she is also going to do BIG THINGS.

We had a deep dive about life at art college, creativity , people judging too much and giving too many opinions, and being authentic. They have really interesting life stories so it's a must listen. The best episodes are with the people that I can gossip with about our lives afterwards and these were those types of guests. 

If only I could put that content on the internet.... that would be embarrassing though.

Welcome back party people!⁠⁠

Today we have @holly_hughes_intuitive on the pod!!⁠

I am so happy I met her, we literally could have spoken for hours. ⁠

Guys I'm back. She's back. I am so excited because I feel like this is season two. A comeback, a makeover, except it's just constantly being made over. I have some very exciting guests coming up, but today we went solo for my first episode back. It's basically a rant about these silly law of attraction gurus but my take on attraction, going towards your goals, but being somewhat emotionally intelligent. We love and emotionally intelligent queen. Put a crown on my head. lol. 

Anyways I don't have all the answers, this is just what I have come to realize through this weird weird year called 2021. I feel like I'm just now healing from this massive hangover. Instead of a hangover from drinking its a hangover from 2020. 2020 was the blur. It was the night out with your friends where you drank too much and you just go with the flow and you don't really know what you're doing. 2021 is the next day where you're thinking "waitttttttttttt what did I do?" Putting the pieces together, making connections, regretting that hookup, learning from mistakes, and pinky promising yourself you're never going to do that again.

TRIGGGERRR WARNING

Guys, were about to get deep and we're about to get dark.. With interestingly, one of the most entertaining speakers that I have spoken to. It is my first time speaking to a TEDX speaker on the show. So this was very exciting for me. 

Frank has dealt with something called Chronic suicidal ideation his whole life. Which really scared me when I first heard about it, but a common thing that many people deal with daily. I quote, "My car broke down; I could fix it, buy a new one, or I could just kill myself." A thought that Frank can't help but think in many situations. Why does he think this way? He says it's an issue that is passed through genetics, and something that he has learned to deal with throughout his life. In fact, he thinks its the reason for so much of his success. 

We get super deep into mental health, depression, what suicidal thoughts are, and how to deal with situational depression (IE what many people are dealing with during covid). I was at a loss for words many of the time, and I learned so much so I am very thankful for this experience and conversation. All of Franks info is down below!!!
