In this episode I share my honest thoughts on social media, explain my absence from the online space, and go in on what aligned action looks for me as an individual. This episode is all about honest and meeting ourselves where we are at, rather than forcing ourselves to fit into molds that don't actually align. If there is anything you take away from this ep., it's that you get to define what works for you and what does not. You are the author of your story.

In today's episode, I share vulnerably and honestly about my struggle with depression and how I am able to get through it. Sometimes we just need to ride out the storm and sometimes we need some extra support and guidance to find the light in the darkness. Depression is not always predictable and I share how I have been able to find some stability and create more good days than bad days over the last two decades of battling chronic depression. My goal in sharing this experience and some of the things I do to take radical care of myself through a depressive episode is that you can have the courage and strength to put together your own list and find support when you need it the most. I also want you to know, that you are not alone in your experience. Let's normalize talking about mental health and asking for help when we need it.

Today Kat sits down with Sarah Menlove to discuss the journey to Intuitive Guidance & Connection. In this conversation Sarah shares about her own experiences with following her intuition and how that led her to the work she does now as a space-holder for energy work and inner healing.
Sarah is a mastery level coach, energy worker, and Cacao and Breathwork facilitator. She is passionate about creating safe spaces for people to be all of themselves.
Through 1:1 work, group sessions, and women's nature Immersions, she supports women to release shame-based conditioning to reconnect with their bodies, their emotions, their intuition, and their innate power and wholeness. From this place, women truly can do, be and create anything.
Sarah is here to crack open the hearts of humanity, as we remember our True Nature and walk through life aligned with Love, together.

Grab your coffee or tea, maybe a snack, and let's have a chat. In today's episode, I (Kat) go all-in with my thoughts on identity, creating our own identity, and the ways we tend to over-identify ourselves and others on religion, ideologies, diagnoses, and more. We as humans like to use titles, labels, and boxes to find a sense of love and belonging. This is how we feel safe, but are we doing ourselves and others a service by identifying with those labels and boxes? I believe it is quite limiting to our own expansion as divine beings to place ourselves in a box as a means to feel understood. What might happen if we took a step outside of those boxes? What could open up for us if we knew that we were good and worthy as we are without the labels and the titles? Let's explore this together!

Hello friends!
This is the official trailer for Return of the Intuitive WomXn!
Return of the Intuitive WomXn is a podcast for those who identify as female and have lived disconnected from their intuitive body. This is a space for those who have left behind pieces of themselves in dedication to fitting into the expectations prescribed for them by the society and the culture we live in. As we return to some of these pieces of ourselves, heal the wounds of fragmentation, and call back our truest self, we can step into our own greatness.
This is podcast is for the womXn who has exhausted herself to please others and live into a mold that was never truly meant for her. Who is willing to ask the hard questions, get curious, and release the expectations that have prevented her from returning to her own Intuitive WomXn. Who is ready to become the main character in her own story so that she can live into who she was always meant to be: a co-creator of her life.
