We had a busy week this week with the Patriots signing Cam Newton, the Washington Redskins impending name change and the announcement of the NBA 2K cover selections. We also broke down August Alsina vs The Smiths, DJ Akademiks vs Freddie Gibbs, and Jadakiss vs Fabolous. This week started off a bit spicy with apparent beef between NBA Youngboy/J Prince and Swizz/Drizzy. We also discussed the return of the 3 major sports and how we expect the seasons to be impacted by the Rona. We break down the Bubba Wallace situation and how that unfolded throughout the week. This week we discussed the importance of communication during sensitive times, specifically how we determine who deserves the benefit of the doubt and who doesnt. Within that conversation we get into Terry Crews, J Cole/Noname, and Kyrie Irving. We also briefly talked about the Chris Delia allegations, Long Gone Summer and more!

Everybody seems to have a lot to say right now in regards to race. Often times it becomes a contest of who can scream the loudest, for the longest. Social media specifically has become a cespool of anger, injustice and hate so we decided to come together for a conversation surrounded by wisdom, justice and love. I (Andrew Weaver, 1/3 of the Return of the M.A.C podcast) met up with a few of my good friends and fellow brothers in Christ, Quincy and Phillip Cunningham, to discuss some of the complexitites of race. Coming off of another emotional, difficult week we spent a lot of time discussing the most recent racial events including the arrests of the additional officers involved with George Floyd, Drew Brees/Malcolm Jenkins and the NFL's apology.
