Return to Norrath: An EverQuest Legends Podcast

It's finally here! Nektropos Castle, the first truly custom content released for EverQuest Legends, has finally launched, and boy do I have some thoughts. Join me as we dive deep into Nektrops Castle, the patch from this past week, and what I believe this tells us about the future of EverQuest Legends. No spoilers, but just suffice it to say, I believe that future is going to be very bright!

If you've been playing EverQuest Legends for any length of time, you've probably heard a lot about the bard, both positives and negatives. Some people claim the class is broken, while others suggest that it's one of the most fun classes in the entire game...so, which is it? Well, up to this point, I hadn't had an opportunity to tune up my lute and give it a go myself, but over the past week, I finally gave the bard a shot. Listen in and I'll tell you all about my bardic adventures, while also going over some of my wishlist items as it relates to Nektropos Castle, which releases in just a few short days. I can't wait!

I'll provide my perspective on all of the naysaying, before pivoting to discuss how I continue to have fun with the game each and every day, with this episode's focus being my most recent experiment - the tank-less, chanter-less Ranger / Shaman / Rogue! We'll also have an in-depth discussion on mote farming and usage, along with my personal tips and tricks to maximize, and best leverage, motes as critical upgrade materials for your spells and equipment.
