Twenty years ago, if you would have asked me what I thought about meditation, I would have said it was a crock of shit. Either my mind was too busy, or I just found it boring. As times passed, seven years ago, when I decided to start teaching my practices and helping people understand how to harness their innate abilities.

Initially when I started teaching classes I conducted them by handing out bullet point paperwork with written explanations of all they different ways to understand where one’s strengths and weaknesses were, along side hands on practice, right?

We are always granted a choice. We hear this all the time. “Free will”, right? Now, I was told that in order to incarnate in this 3rd dimension we must, meaning we are required to, incarnate on all other planetary systems or dimensions first. You might be wondering “Why?”

Well, as it was explained to me by Metatron and Sekhmet, “The Human experience in the 3rd dimension is the only dimension that is able to fully encompass and experience the massive amount of diverse emotions.”

And believe me, I can hear all of you listening sighing in frustration because let’s face it, it’s the abundance of emotions that make this life seems challenging at times. But frustration was never the idea.

In previous podcasts I had spoken very briefly on a Goddess named Sekhmet. And due to the experience, that occurred during The Solstice Meditation I held on December 21st, 2020 I was inspired to do a podcast all about her, this will led to a series on this amazing beautiful fierce Goddess and Her messages she has given since then. But first and foremost, I would recommend trying the meditation if you haven’t already before listening to this podcast to compare and potentially validate what you experience. With that said, let’s talk about some stories and history behind This Amazing Goddess before we dive into Her messages and everything else. Sekhmet is known as The Egyptian Lioness Goddess. She is one of the oldest known Egyptian Goddess’s. In fact, the name Sekhmet roughly translates into “The Powerful One” and rightfully so.

As I stated in Episode 2 Part 3 back in 2017, unknowingly I took a massive leap towards my own Souls Evolution, or my own vibrational ascendance, by experiencing “The Breaking of Generational Karmatic Cords” And while my experience is unique unto itself, as everyone’s will be, it’s been brought to my attention that many people within my reach are experiencing a conscious recognition of this within their lives at this time as we enter this New Age.

When you think about the term Star Groups and Star Seeds, in my opinion, perhaps they should be thought of as our Ancestors and with us looking for our connection to them, feeling within the depths of our souls the connection to the stars, I suppose that would naturally make us the Star Seeds right? Maybe it was designed that way because they are our greatest evolutionary goal towards Oneness, Universal Consciousness, and Enlightenment, right? Perhaps that’s a better perspective compared to looking at them as Aliens from outer space
