Coronavirus case numbers are exploding around the world, and Australia is no exception.

And regardless of whether you're vaccinated or not, the virus can cause issues for you when returning to training.

We've seen many of our members and people around the world struggle with the return to the gym, they're happy to be out of isolation but some have gone too hard, too fast, resulting in setting them back weeks.
