The ladies discuss what is viable and sustainable once the Nanny brings their baby to work. As well as the key things to discuss and negotiate plus the pros and cons.

Whilst it is a privilege to take your child to work since it does not really happen in many other professions; should Nannies expect their salary to be reduced?  Especially since the employer and their child/ren also benefit from the arrangement..
