She has staked her claim to make a positive and disruptive change, encouraging ethnic communities, especially women, to take an interest and consider the motor trade as a viable career path.

She is on a mission to change how the motor trade is publicly perceived and to share her thriving journey of building confidence and resilience along the way.

Randeep is currently recognized as the only Sikh Indian woman running a garage workshop full-time and the only British Indian woman to become an MOT Tester!

With over 20 years of experience, she is passionate about empowering both motorists and women to enter and excel in the motor trade.
