2 Cor. 13:8 – Of course we are in a season of fasting. Just like even though you are not the one that picked the month January, somebody did that. The Hebrew calendar is different, the Islamic calendar is different; you can even be surprised that you have your own local, tribal calendar! But whatever the calendar, what you do with twenty-four hours is what matters, because GOD’s own calendar which is qualitative starts from now. There are things that you must get done in the now, there are things that you must get done in twenty-four hours, and for that twenty-four hours, its what you do in the evening 6pm to 6am that will reap the harvest of it in your 6am to 6pm the next day. This week two of the popular religions are entering a season of fasting, another illusion with religion! Like Apostle Paul says, every and any religion just shows a form of godliness but they deny the power. What is fasting? Fasting is a lifestyle, not an act, not something you do in season. Fasting is something you should culture every single day, 100%, 24/7, 365 days of the year and 366 days if it is a leap year! What is fasting? Fasting is the same thing as abstinence, fasting is the same thing as self-control, fasting is the same thing as self-respect, integrity, purity, holiness, sanctification, that is what fasting is! 2 Cor. 13:8 – An aspect of Faith is being celebrated around this season in the world. Some call it valentine, some call is lovers, some call it love. But many people do not realize it. In fact, it’s not just an aspect of Faith or expression, it is the most powerful expression, the most powerful aspect of Faith. In fact, when you are talking about dimensions of Faith, when you are talking about what Faith (how it) operates, the elementary school of Faith is using your Faith to receive. Specifically, having Faith in what comes to all of us that we do not decide, that is the lowest form of Faith. 2 Cor. 13:8 – TRUTH is the MARK of God, in anybody, relationship, situation or thing. TRUTH is God’s DNA, Law, Principle that is designed, created, to make that situation, person, relationship or thing to work the way they are designed to work. There is a saying in the world that “the proof of the pudding is in the eating”, which means that no matter how beneficial a food is, you won’t benefit from it until you eat it and this is the challenge we all have with the TRUTH. 2 Cor. 13: 8 – the TRUTH is the most POWERFUL entity in existence but your FAITH is the most IMPORTANT entity in existence! Faith is not merely believing in something, especially when it is done out of force, regret, necessity etc. Faith is anything you see, say, envision, think, embrace or do FREELY and WILLINGLY from your heart, and your Faith is the driver of all Life Forces which are the TRUTH. 2 Cor. 13:8 – How we live now is what will determine not just how our existence now will be but in the world to come. And that is the reason why the greatest lesson you need to learn not just in this year 2026 but every day of your life: calendar year 2026 like GOD said is for us to plan! Its not because its year 2026 that a miracle will happen. It’s because you fulfilled the TRUTH for that miracle. 2 Cor. 13:8 – A new year has started; some are still in the illusion that something new will happen because it is a new year. No, no and no! 2026 is just a number, is just an opportunity for you to plan, and a good example is human reproduction. Once nothing goes wrong with the pregnancy it is an average of two hundred and eighty days that a child is conceived that he or she is born into this world as a bouncing baby boy or girl. It is not because somebody was conceived on January 1st that they will be born nine months later. The new year has started. It is still the same 24 hours that makes a day. It is still the same seed of preparation, adequate sleep you plant from 6pm to 6am that you will reap the next 6am to 6pm. It is the same seed, same testimony that requires consistency of three days and three nights – 72 hours that is still what you will get. The breakthrough that takes six days of labour, which is one hundred and forty-four hours of effort freely and willingly, is still what you are going to get the seventh day, which is the essence of seventh day that people have made religion out of. There are things that are going to take a month of consistency to give you the breakthrough. There are things that are seasonal. Because you have sown the seed consistently in your own spring which is the beginning of each of us’ year, it is those same seeds, those same efforts, those same personalities, relationships, institutions, conditions, circumstances that will go through gestation/formation period of another season and will reach fruition in another season of your autumn and harvest. 2 Cor. 13:8 – In a matter of days, this calendar year 2025 will come to an end, and you see, everybody will start rushing come Wednesday night, in the name of crossover. Mind you, things do not work that way. Just like pregnancy, the gender of the baby is not determined at the time or venue or manner of birth. It is by what you conceive. There are testimonies you will never have because you did not sow it. There are miracles that it will take a year to be born, but you have not sowed it for that one year. No matter how much you pray, it is not going to happen. There are things that will take only24-hours for you to get the harvest, but because you did not work for it, you did not sow it, you did not labour for it, it will not be yours no matter how much you pray. That is how every area of your life is, if you do not embrace what GOD has for you it cannot be yours! 2 Cor. 13:8 – Let me tell you today, the birth of CHRIST that is being celebrated, what matters the most, and People of God please take note of this. What has lied to each and everyone of us, (whether religion, whether your tradition, your culture, whether one belief system in horoscopy or not) that when and how you arrived this world is what matters the most, is an absolute lie! When you check the Scriptural references of when CHRIST arrived, CHRIST could not have arrived at this period in time because the Middle East is in winter, and all the accounts of the manger can never be a winter thing. Both from prophecy and the actual records, CHRIST definitely arrived in spring, at the same time when the Feast of Passover was taking place, and this makes a lot of sense because CHRIST was sent to be our Passover among His many missions. So He arrived at the same time He went to the Cross, fulfilling His Ministry. But you see, that is not what matters the most!
