Interview with Terry Boyle Kraft.
For me this was a personally endearing conversation with my cousin Terry Kraft of the Boyle side of the family. We sure had a lot of catching up to do! (Basically we've only seen each other a handful of times once I moved from NJ to CA. Trauma of moving comes up again. To help keep it straight: I'm from Philly but moved to NJ around the same time that Terry, from NJ, moved to PA but in our family they moved "far away".) We found out we are so similar and it was a bit surprising to us both.
Terry Kraft is Founder and CEO of The Pivotal Group, a consulting firm based in Lancaster, Pennsylvania with a passion to empower individuals and organizations to embrace and ignite their potential. As a convener, Terry coaches executive leaders to create strategies that connect and inspire their communities. Immediately prior to starting her own company, Terry led the North Museum of Nature and Science by developing collaborative partnerships to promote learning through forward-thinking STEM education programs.
Listening to her evolution impressed me and inspired me. I hope you are moved by her story. Finally and most importantly, I learned I have a bonus cousin!
