Revelation Part 99 Chapter 16 Boils and Sea Turning to Blood

Listen Later

In this week’s study, I continue in Chapter 16 with verses 2 and 3. However, once again before I begin I go into this study I go into a rant on some of the current events that affected our daily life, exposing Nikki Haley and her connection to Jamie Dimon, who head JP Morgan Chase who is controlled by the deep state. I ask the question “Did you ever consider why the Apple Design is a bitten apple? Plus the state of New Jersey dropping ‘so help me God’ oath requirement for candidates that run for office.
How do we know that the events remaining in the 7th Vial – great earthquake, Babylon is judged, mountains and islands are moved and great hail – are what happens at Armageddon? All we have to do is compare them with Ezekiel 38:18-22. Ezekiel 38 is the Battle of Gog and Magog. We compared this with the 7th Vial and found that it was one and the same. In both cases there is a great earthquake, mountains and islands move and there are great hailstones. We definitely know that the items remaining in the 7th Vial are Armageddon!
The four preceding chapters (12-15) contained the lengthy Introduction to the Bowls section which were given in preparation for the bowl events. The last events on earth preceding the bowls were the things described by the trumpet events in chapters 8 through 11.
In chapter 11, we saw that the two witnesses in Jerusalem will be prophesying and pronouncing plagues upon the earth during the 1260 days of the great tribulation (Rev 11:3), and those plagues shall do enormous harm to the earth. The plagues will stop when Antichrist finally succeeds in killing the two witnesses (Rev 11:7). In response to their deaths, the unbelieving world bursts into joyous celebration. In their minds, Antichrist will have saved the world. For the unbelieving world, this will be a time of victory, relief, and praise for Antichrist.
2.   And the first went = Went forth from heaven, where the seat of the vision was laid.
And poured out his vial upon the earth = That is, upon the land, in contradistinction from the sea, the rivers, the air, the seat of the beast, the sun, as represented in the other vials.
And there fell a noisome and grievous sore = The judgment here is specifically different from that inflicted under the first trumpet, Rev. 8:7. In all these places it is the translation of the Hebrew word שׁחין  shechiyn - rendered in our English version as “boil,”
Upon the men = Though the plague was poured upon “the earth,” yet its effects were seen upon “men.”
Which had the mark of the beast = Read Rev. 13:16-17.
And upon them which worshipped his image = Read Rev. 13:14-15.
The first bowl is a direct hit on all those who worship the beast (the understanding of this mark comes from chapter 13).
These are people who have flatly refused the eternal salvation offered by Yahweh because all they wanted was worldly pleasures.
The first to suffer on account of this plague are the worshippers of the Beast and his Image. These had been warned (14:9-11) that those who are engaged in worshipping the Beast (it is the present participle both there and here) should have no rest day and night." Here we see how this is to be brought about: none can rest who are afflicted with these "noisome and grievous sores."
3   upon the sea = Could there BE one more possibility on the defining of the ‘sea’? Could the sea represent the beast that rises out of the sea in Rev. 13? We know this beast system as “The New World Order”!

But, be like those in 2Timothy 2:15 ‘Study to shew thyself approved unto God (Yahweh), a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.’
