After the Anointed King admonishes his ecclesia, that is, his senators, John receives a revelation of God's throne in heaven with the 24 elders, and the 4 living creatures and a very powerful message that reveals who we are: Kings and Priests.

The Dominion of rulership will be given to those who are victorious and overcomes. Yet the King of kings promised us that we have already overcome. "Ye are of God little children and have overcome them, because greater is He that is in you than he that is in the world !

as the Word says in 1 John 4 vs 4.

And in 1 John 3:9 he says, "whoever is born of God does not rebel against him; for his seed remains in him: and he cannot rebel because he is born of God".

Revelations 5 vs 10 says : "you have made them to be a Kingdom and Priests to serve our God and they will reign on the earth !"
