• Hip-hop has had a significant effect on modern day culture, and some of its proponents use it as a vehicle for spirituality.

[05:51] Reagan: “Hip-hop kind of came down from Aleister Crowley. If we think of Ozzy Osbourne or Manson and all of those people that were sort of a part of this sort of occult, satanic worship and the hip hop plan. How many souls could have been saved if we would have seen Satan’s agenda and tried to stop it?”

• Dr. Atwell has over 20 years of experience in the mental health field, and currently runs a private practice in Charlotte, North Carolina.
• She is an adjunct faculty member at Liberty University and serves on a local human trafficking task force.
• Dr. Atwell was born with clubfoot, which required multiple surgeries to correct. But thanks to medical technology, she was able to overcome it.

[06:14] Natalie: “I went from not walking the first two years of my life to being able to complete a marathon. That's a miracle.”

• Concord Counseling, which is Dr. Atwell’s practice, believes in integrating biblical teachings with mental health care.
• Part of her work involves developing tools and assessments to address both psychological and spiritual challenges to mental and spiritual health.

• Post-2020, Dr. Atwell noticed a sharp increase in spiritual oppression linked to mental health, particularly dissociation, sleep paralysis, and suicidal ideation.
• Dr. Atwell developed a test to identify occult influences that might be affecting her clients' mental and spiritual health.
• Discerning spiritual influences alongside psychological factors is a core part of Dr. Atwell’s methodology.
• Dr. Atwell is concerned about the rise of occult practices, being used in therapy. She warns against non-Christian influences in mainstream mental health treatments.

• Ephesians 6 discusses the armor of God, and as such is a central part of spiritual warfare. It has since become a central verse to Dr. Atwell’s approach.
• Donning the armor of God can help people protect themselves from spiritual attacks and safeguards spiritual health.
• A critical element to remember about Ephesians 6 is the importance of fighting not against flesh, but against spiritual forces.
• The armor of God also includes tools like the helmet of salvation, shield of faith, and sword of the Spirit.

• Dr. Atwell has developed a treatment model based on biblical principles for spiritual deliverance.
• The model focuses on renouncing spiritual influences, confessing sins, and reclaiming identity in Christ.

[51:17] Natalie: “I am a human, an imager of God, and that is my call and plan and purpose in life.”

• Dr. Atwell advocates for spiritual freedom through the power of the Holy Spirit and God's word.

[01:19:30] Lori: “ Jesus literally has conquered it all. He took everything back that the enemy stole, and so the entire ministry of Jesus was not only to bring the kingdom, but to destroy the works of the devil, it's to break the chains and the strongholds that hold us captive in sin, because his authority demonstrated a power over both the physical and the spiritual worlds, and that's what he gives us.”

• Satanic ritual abuse inflicts deep trauma on those who survive it, necessitating profound healing of the soul.
• Many Christians don’t recognize the severity of the issues of SRA.
• Various levels of trauma exist, from major events like earthquakes to everyday experiences that can cause emotional pain.

[04:28] Reagan: “It doesn't have to be SRA, it can be just something that happened to you in kindergarten, right? Or that somebody said something mean to you and you didn't think you were good enough — or an earthquake.”

• You can experience brokenheartedness in your everyday life too, like going to bed angry. This gives the Enemy a foothold in your heart.
• Samantha shares a personal story about her daughter's sensitivity and how it gave the Enemy an opening.
• Addressing these issues is important early on to prevent long-term damage in children.
• However, not all trauma is extreme, and even small, unresolved issues can build up over time and cause significant emotional pain.

• The church is important in providing healing and deliverance especially when many people feel rejected or unheard in church settings.
• Many Christians struggle with the idea of being affected by demons despite being saved from Satanic ritual abuse — although salvation came unto them, they have yet to heal.
• In the same vein, there’s a critical difference between the regeneration of the spirit and the healing of the soul.
• Christians need to understand that healing is not a one-time event. It’s a process.

• As Christians, we must remember the power that comes from surrendering to Christ and immersing ourselves in prayer and the Word.
• Being prayerful and seeking guidance from the Holy Spirit are some of the most powerful tools for us to receive true healing.

[18:25] Samantha: “You can't just expect the Spirit to just fall on, the Holy Spirit to just do everything. You have got to take initiative and surrender to the Lord.”

• Healing doesn’t come from nothing — it’s hard work. It requires us to take the initiative to heal ourselves as well.
• We need a genuine desire for Jesus and the willingness to do the difficult work that goes into healing your soul.

• It is important to recognize your identity in Christ and understand who we belong to.
• David, despite his sins, was remembered for being a man after God's own heart because of his desire for the Lord.
• There is a need for discipleship and understanding the word to grasp one's identity in Christ.

[29:43] Michelle: “I want you to know that when someone finally recognizes who they are and whose they are, this is one of the key things. Even while Daniel was in Babylon, Daniel never forgot who he was.”

• As Christians, it’s our God-given obligation to love others and bear witness to the love of Jesus.

• Michelle discusses the role of the Holy Spirit in healing and the importance of being open to His guidance.
• One story to remember in the Bible is that of the woman at the well, who, due to her faith, was transformed and healed by the love of Jesus.
• There’s a need for genuine love and support from the Church to help others heal.

• In the same vein, there’s a critical difference between the regeneration of the spirit and the healing of the soul.
• Christians need to understand that healing is not a one-time event. It’s a process.

• The book of Isaiah proclaims Jesus' mission to heal the brokenhearted and proclaim liberty to the captives.
• The Hebrew word for soul is the same as the word for heart — heal the heart, and you heal the soul.

[20:07] Samantha: “If we follow Yeshua, how do we heal the brokenhearted?...How do we proclaim liberty to the captive? So there's healing of the soul.”

• Healing the soul allows faithful Christians to walk in victory and power.

• A trigger is something or someone that reminds us of past trauma, particularly unresolved pain.
• A memory, feeling, or event can pull someone back to the moment of their trauma, “triggering” what they felt at the time; hence the term “trauma triggers”.
• Partners in marriage need to understand each other’s trauma triggers to avoid — or even heal — conflicts between them.
• Michelle shares an example of a survivor of satanic ritual abuse whose trauma triggers were specific words.
• Christians should not allow triggers to control them but seek help and healing to respond as Yeshua would.

• Reagan shares her personal experience with anxiety and the decision to avoid medication in favor of healing through the Word of God.
• Medication isn’t the only answer to managing your trauma triggers. It’s more important to address the root cause.

But we're not believing that it's real, and so those people are sitting there hurting, you know, and and not getting the healing that they need from their fragmented souls”

As we finish the Book of Acts, Paul and Luke finally get to Rome via a pit stop in a small island called Malta.  There they encounter a native tribe that shows them unusual kindness and for three days entertained the 276 from the ship and showed them great hospitality!  As Paul is attacked by a deadly viper the natives wait for his eminent death.   When Paul shakes off the snake and lives the people are sure that their pagan god "Justice" will not allow him to live.  Not only does Paul live but heals others on the island in Jesus Name!  

When Paul finally arrives in Rome he is met again with resistance as the Jews once again do not "have ears to hear"  the truth of the Gospel and that Jesus wants to set them free!  The book of Acts ends with Paul proclaiming the Kingdom of God as the Gospel is taken to the "ends of the earth" and Yaweh reclaims the nations for his own.
