As we look at the Disciples preaching and teaching, you will notice something very important. They are using the Old Testament to preach the Gospel and to reveal Jesus. The disciples had heard from Jesus’ mouth how to understand the Old Testament (Luke 24:45-47).

He then promised that they would be clothed with power from on high. He instructed them to wait until they were clothed with power to be his witnesses.
