Better take on a healthy lifestyle now than be sorry later
Even if I'm not diabetic, I still appreciate this book because of the lovely recipes of the 28 day meal plan. I learned a lot from this book especially on the chapter on gestational diabetes. One just needs to take better care of self when pregnant since gestational diabetes can still lead to full blown diabetes later on if not addressed properly on the onset. Looking forward to the recipes here, have 5 or 7 earmarked for next week's cooking. And yes, this book is recommended to just about anyone who wants to improve health. My mom developed diabetes at a later age, so I also better guard myself against such a disease in case her genes instead of lifestyle could have very well caused it. Better take on a healthy lifestyle now than be sorry later.

As I'm diabetic I found this book really helpful for me. A lot of useful information that also will be helpful for those who care about health and thinking about future. Recipeas are also very good and delicious for everyday meals.
A wealth of information
A great book covering many different methods of dealing with and eventually reversing diabetes. This is a great book if you need a little help to stay on track and if you're just starting out on your journey to control your diabetes this book is essential.
