Today I speak to Scott Kiloby about hidden aspects of ourselves how to find them, how to recognise repression and reverse it. 

Scott Kiloby is an internationally recognized and sought-after author, teacher and speaker on the subject of mindfulness and non-dual wisdom as it applies to addiction, anxiety, trauma and depression. He is also known for his work helping spiritual seekers recognize enlightenment through present moment awareness. 

Scott Kiloby has years of experience of exploring his own patterns and sharing insights with people. He has come up with a system and tools and he teaches and trains other teachers. This conversation is a glimpse and an invitation to uncover gems that are still hidden. We talk about repression and ways to recognise that some deep stuff is repressed as well as how to reverse and free the energy that is still stuck in the body.
