This is our spoiler-free review for Monarch: Legacy of Monsters. We’ve watched five episodes, and while the fresh human side of the story, and the unique monster designs had us intrigued, we struggled with the unbalanced structure of this multigenerational narrative.

Monarch: Legacy of Monsters will make its global debut on Apple TV+ with the first two episodes on Friday, November 17, followed by new episodes weekly every Friday through January 12, 2024.
