Mark 6:7,12&13,30-32.....the disciples had not yet known the importance of rest.....they needed to be taught the rules of the "me" time to recover the body by resting otherwise, they would have been carried away by the returns and success of their ministry having discovered the result of the use of the name of Jesus.......some of need to learn like the disciples too....

Romans 12:1, 1 Corinthians 6:19&20 God created us spirit, soul and body and He is the only one that can deal with the spirit and the soul while we have a responsibility to take of the temple(our body), where He dwells.
