Michael has been activated by power dynamics from a young age and has been exploring kink for several years. Together, they ponder what it means to engage in kink and yet be drawn to vanilla relationships - particularly in current times where kink is so much more accessible. Michael is increasingly drawn to vanilla relationships whilst Indy is increasingly disillusioned, having been through a recent separation. She is more interested in consensual non-monogamy. Is a relationship a false refuge? We ultimately decide where we stand on this question of whether we can ever go back to just vanilla...
