Isaiah 66:8 ..."as soon as zion travail, she shall bring forth her children". Until you understand the importance to travailing in prayers you will deprive yourself of certain spiritual benefits. That desired change will come when you give yourself continually to travailing prayers.

Apostle Paul said I will that men pray everywhere lifting up of holy hands. It is the duty and responsibility of men to pray and the more you give yourself to pray is the more you gain stature and become better.
