On Saturday in Croke Park all counties will gather for a special Congress to vote on a number of new rules for Gaelic Football which will change the game fundamentally.  The proposals have come from the Football Review Committee who have been meeting for the past two years under the chairmanship of former Dublin manager Jim Gavin............Colm Keys is the chief GAA writer for the Irish Independent and he has been chatting to Seamus Duke about what might happen this weekend..
