Full of hope and healthy outcomes this week - I hope you find it encouraging and uplifting .
Pondering the wonder of a balanced life style and hopefilled faith. Oh and waxing lyrical about disabled access and nature's life power.

Hi and welcome to the elements from our Sunday service where today we focused on the Road to Emmaus considering disappointment, regret and God's role in it all. We are grateful for Jesus' infinite patience with us but we considered the importance of Word, of Sacrament and of Fellowship and how we might bubble over with enthusiasm in our faith.
It is important to recognise the reality of disappointment and how even as people, perhaps especially as people of faith we can feel distant from God.
Hopefully this is helpful and inspiring.
Remember God loves you.

Welcome to this week's podcast where I ponder community over court culture in the church. The original podcast explained it better but unfortunately it stopped recording. So I recorded again. Looking at Thomas today as well.
Talking about Jesus meeting us where we at and some sharing about my journey at this time - tiredness, calling and community...
Enjoy!
Blessings

Welcome to the RevSarah Shares podcast where we start with Good Friday and finish in the Garden of Resurrection. A week that has been quite topsy turvy to say the least but I am grateful that God is in the midst of it.
And sometimes, that is all we really need to know.
Have a most blessed Easter weekend.
Thanks to Eleanor Hamilton for her poetry taken from Ashes to Alleluia (available on Amazon)

Hello and welcome.
If you want the full service then do check us out on Youtube but here you will find Palm Sunday themed material and a sermon that is a big resume of the courage season blending in the courage to be faithful.
I have included a little of all the all age message, our bible text and of course the sermon. I can't give you a palm cross but I do encourage you to consider which courage term you want to focus on over Holy Week and what new word that generates for you to consider .
Vulnerable, Audacious, Authentic, Christian, Angry, Faithful,
Every blessing especially on this most holy of weeks.

Unsurprisingly Lent and Easter feature heavily as it has been a lot of work planning and preparing and presenting for assemblies and Girls Brigade. Properly tiring but great fun!
Plus meetings, meetings and big decisions - a recognition that one has to put down in order to pick up...
Hope you enjoy and at least sense the enthusiasm even if the content is meandering.
God Bless

Welcome to this week's sermon podcast giving just the intro, reading and sermon. Pondering whether there is an appropriate form of anger - particularly around social justice and caring for creation. Looking at the story of Jesus turning the tables and the cursing of the fig tree.
Hope you enjoy - if you wish I included prayers please do let me know.
Almost the full service is available this week on our YouTube channel - our tech operator had issues at the start!

Hey,
I'm back - for better or worse.
Today I start with what anger means or looks like to me as this Sunday I am exploring the courage to be angry. Plus a whirlwind tour of the last 10 days - well as much as my brain and emotions can put together. In a good place if absolutely burst!
So I hope you enjoy and keep me in your prayers - it's a busy time!

Hey,
Here is the sermon from this week on the theme of courage with a focus on the courage to be authentic. A challenge for all of us and during our all age we considered how we are in different places yet in church we are reserved somehow (at least in our tradition). We had some fun today with styles and percussion instruments. Here I share the sermon with you and invite us to consider how God views our authenticity as we look at the story of the woman pouring oil over the head of Jesus.
We realise that it is not only our actions that matter to God but who we are matters
Hope it is an encouragement.
Blessings

Thinking today about what it might mean to be audacious. We can be a loving Church, we can love Jesus but do we have the sustainability of faith to be audacious. Using Peter as an example we explore the story of walking on the water and then a brief journey through Peter's life to help us comprehend the need for prayer, discipleship and worship as individuals and as a community of faith.
I admit this sermon went in a different direction to what I anticipated but I found it helpful too. And a timely reminder that I can't, we can' t do everything in our own strength.
