Today is one of those days where there more left unsaid than said. It is actually hard to keep everything on track when there is so much going on. But entering a new environment, culture even with its own language was fascinating.

Plenty people say we shouldn't go to Church either!

So its Bingo, Burns, and People today.

Hey! It's heading towards the middle of March but not quite there. Today's podcast is running late but I was caught up in school for a few hours...

Ministry is about being where the people are - and I hope that what we are trying to do as part of Connected Calderwood and as Moncreiff is go where the people are. What I do know is that there simply isn't enough time to do everything!

Seriously, wow - thank you for continuing to journey with me. Pondering the amount of work I do that is here today and gone tomorrow. There is a lot of writing and scripting that goes on. I manage to get my daughter involved (as long as I cook dinner). I have included a cheerful scripture and thanks to Pixabay Alexas for our wee music interlude.

A day of reasonable focus but well aware that distractions are far too real. Mind you that's no way to talk about the children! ;)

But the thing with birthdays and catching up with 'old' friends is the passage of time makes you humble!

Back for another day. Actually felt quite calm today and focussed on getting through admin which is really working with people and being part of a team. Today I think about parish ministry and really ponder whether we have truly grasped what parish ministry is...as an institution. So far all I see is we want to change but keep it the same!

Yet do I even know what I mean?

Enjoying the journey but questioning the destination!

And yes, I let Hazel have a Wee Cuppa Worship today - making the most of having an extra pair of hands! ;)

It is Sunday again and here are some of my thinking out loud moments as I wrestle with decision making and wonder what next Lord? New beginnings again - just like motherhood! Mother's Day smiles and being a softie.

I hope you know that I love my calling but I struggle with the institution at the moment.

Thanks for the comments and I'm glad for the laughs I have caused as well.

Today I found a music piece on my system that I must have been given by a Mackie musician I am presuming. But I hope, like I did, you find it helpful. I sat and listened to it the whole way through.

It's meant to be my day off but this week has been super busy and I needed to finish off work. I have felt grumpy about needing to adult(!) and been given a choice to make that isn't easy. Prayers and wisdom needed.
