It’s been roughly 4 years since the world was disrupted by the COVID-19 pandemic that forced many businesses to work remotely. Some have returned to work with the mindset of resuming the way things were pre-pandemic — but is that realistic? We’ve created a 7-part series to help you think about the changes that are happening and what you should be considering if you want to attract and retain your people. Our first episode is about transformation, the role of leadership and communication, overcoming resistance, and the challenges and benefits of change.
