Welcome spring! Kayleen talks about the beginning of the new astrological year and spring season. Things you can do to clean up or cleanse yourself as well as the space around you!

Kayleen talks about another one of the 12 universal laws today, the one you may hear a lot about when first starting a manifesting journey. The Law of Attraction - "like attracts like" is definitely something to keep in mind when you are creating the life of your dreams. Kayleen shares her thoughts and what she has learned about the law.

Kayleen talks about how she personally uses a vision board and saving one for each year is fairly new to her! She started with a Canva template in 2023 and has watched basically that entire board come to life! The most recent one being a trip to Colorado and some time in a hot tub in the snowy mountains! She's obsessed with her 2024 board and can't wait to see it do the same thing.

Kayleen gives an update on her weekend getaway then talks about letting go and making space in your life for your manifestations. Seems simple right? Sometimes we hold on so tightly to things though. There are various areas in your life where you can learn to let go and/or make space.

Make a list of things you want to manifest into your life. What's currently holding you back? Make a list of the things, people, jobs, thoughts, limiting beliefs, and old versions of yourself you need to let go in order to make space for the things you want to manifest.

Monthly mama check in time - Kayleen talks about how the littles are officially 3 years old & 7 months old now. Still going strong with pumping and feeling like she could last 5 more months! Being a mama to two littles is chaotic but the BEST job out there.
