Truthfully, I know this title will probably get some eye rolls, for the most part because we're all sick of being told 3 ways to "this" or 5 ways to "that". However, although yes, I do share 5 things with you all, I wanted to be truthful and raw with you all that I get the reluctance to pay attention to our mental health in a world that feels so defeating.
The goal of this episode is to give listeners tangible takeaways but also to be truthful about how overwhelming life is right now and normalizing these conversations.
