In this practice, we’ll slow down together through intentional breathwork, grounding awareness, and gentle guidance designed to help you release tension, soften overwhelm, and reconnect with the present moment.

So many of us have become conditioned to constantly go, do, achieve, and stay busy.

Sometimes, even rest can feel uncomfortable when your nervous system has been living in a constant state of doing.

This meditation is an invitation to step out of that cycle for a few moments.

This practice isn’t about fixing yourself or forcing yourself to feel a certain way. It’s about creating space to remember that safety already exists within you.
