Cathy is the founder of Cathy Carr Coaching and co-director of Place of Chi with her husband of 21 years. Cathy is Australian & mum to two sons. She has worked in the health, wellness & fitness space for 28 years, teaching in four continents.
Cathy is a holistic nutrition, lifestyle and movement coach, advanced yoga practitioner, ELDOA teacher & mandala artist. She is also a mentor to fitness professionals.
After working with all walks of life over the years, Cathy’s passion is coaching women in midlife and how they can get their mojo back, through the 6 foundation principles - her MOJO method - now and for the rest of their life.
