As the 2022-23 NCAA Basketball season starts we break down the top upperclassmen prospects on the 2023 NBA Draft radar. Part 1 here focuses on the 13 prospects that most draft experts and websites have on their big boards. We also begin to ponder a draft philosophy of if any of these prospects should be taken in round one, but will go into more detail with that in Part 2 along with profiling 12 prospects who SHOULD be worth considering drafting with one of the 60 picks in the upcoming draft.
