We all fall short. We all can find ourselves in the position of worshiping self. This is a dangerous place to be and one that we must rebuke and overcome. What we do should not please self but please our Father in Heaven.

We all are indebted. We all walk in freedom because of someone else's sacrifice. The hardships they endured cannot be repaid. We owe them everything. Similarly, The Lord paid a fee on our behalf. He offered up his Son to pay our price. The price of our sin and wickedness was paid in his blood. We walk in Spiritual Freedom because of this sacrifice. So, even though we cannot thank or repay enough our veterans, acting military, or our Savior, from the bottom of our hearts, thank you for our Independence.

This is the day the Lord has made we will rejoice and be glad in it! God has made each and every day, handcrafted just for us. He fully intends to walk it out with us. We need to be willing to walk with God each and every day though. Some days will be tougher than others, that doesn't mean God isn't right there with us though. He wants us to always walk with him and seek His face though the good days and the bad.

How often do you call on "Father God" quite often, probably. While it is good to call to Father God there is also a time to call on "Papa", "Daddy", and "Abba" God. Jesus made a way for us to reconnect with our Dad. We are Children of God. It is time we started treating God like our Papa.
