Brent Clark of Saline River Farms describes the hope for a new pork and beef processing plant being built by a solid group of farmers and business partners in Williamson County. Alan Bjerga, National Milk Producers Federation, talks about global food standards and food labeling and previews the NMPF’s upcoming annual meeting. Jenny Ring Director of Communications Illinois Pork Producers shares details of the final four in the IHSA Pork and Pigskin Championship, Pork Power update for November and a grant program for 4-H and FFA groups.
